ABOUT AIR ASTRA

• AIR ASTRA (incorporated in Bangladesh as 'Astra Airways Limited') is a country's newest privately-owned airline  with its base of operations at Dhaka, Bangladesh (IATA:DAC/ICAO:VGHS)
• Air Astra became the youngest-ever airline from Bangladesh to be IOSA-registered on August 2024
• Operating a fleet of 4x ATR 72-600 aircraft since November 2022 with a flawless safety record
• Obtained Air Operator Certificate (AOC) for international operations in June 2024
• Plan to expand the fleet immediately with Airbus A320/321ceo aircraft for regional operations from DAC/VGHS
• Further expand the fleet with the induction of Airbus A320/321neo aircraft in the near future

KEY REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS

• Seeking 3x-4x A320/321ceo(CFM engines preferred; IAE engines also acceptable) on DRY/OPERATING LEASE or OUTRIGHT PURCHASE
• Delivery not later than end-2025, and aircraft must be under 15 years of age at the time of anticipated delivery
• Sisterships preferable in all Economy cabin configuration (2-class may also be acceptable)
• Open for partnerships with airlines for aircraft acquisition
• Plan to expand the fleet immediately with Airbus A320/321ceo aircraft for regional operations from DAC/VGHS
• ACMI operated lease of aircraft not acceptable
