The country's most preferred airline brand is hiring for the position of “Executive, Ground Operations" under the department of Ground Operations.

QUALIFICATION(S):

• At least graduate degree in any discipline from any reputed public/private university or equivalent.
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 and in SSC & HSC minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00
• Third-division or equivalent results in any examination will not be accepted.
• Candidates with English medium (O & A Level) background or foreign degree with Graduation will get preference.
• Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• To seek guideline from the shift In-Charge before commencing tasks.
• Perform check-in duties: verify tickets, issue boarding passes, baggage tag.
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time.
• Prepare and verify trim sheets ensure the accuracy of passenger and baggage counts.
• Handle public announcements (paging) as needed.
• Duties in the departure area; check boarding pass and guide the passenger from boarding gate to apron area.
• Support apron operations: supervise passenger and baggage embarkation and disembarkation.
• Duties in the arrival baggage hall to monitor all incoming baggage are on the belt and handed over to passengers accurately.
• Maintain and organise departure and arrival flight documentation.
• Handle mishandled or lost baggage, complete PIRs and ensure prompt delivery to passengers.
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time

 
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Work experience of 0-2 years in the field of Ground Operations/Customer Service is preferred

• Good communication, interpersonal skill.

• Good command of spoken and written skills.

• Good attitude and able to work hard

• Good command on computer use

• Good leadership and quick decision-making capabilities

• Able to work at any time in day or night shift

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Age 22 to 28 years (Can be relaxed for deserving candidates)
• Height- Minimum 167.64 cm (5'6") for Male, Minimum 160.02 cm (5'3") for Female
• Weight: Should be proportionate to Height (BMI: 18-25)
• No affidavit will be accepted
• Eyesight: 6/6, No color blind. Spectacles not accepted (Lasik may be considered for highly deserving candidates)
• Language Skill: Fluent in English & Bengali (both written & spoken)
• Medical Fitness: Good physical health and medically fit to meet Customer Service requirements
• Physical Appearance: Strong, upright; no visible tattoos or marks on the visible part of the body
• Attitude & Bearing: Alluring personality, impressive, decent, and positive gestures

SALARY: Negotiable.
