The country's most preferred airline brand is hiring for the position of Deputy Manager / Manager, Public Relations under the department of Public Relations.

QUALIFICATION(S):

• Masters in any discipline (English, International Relations preferred).

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Organize press meet & conferences. 
• Build & maintain media relation with journalists & associations in the aviation, business and lifestyle sector.
• Develop media content (press releases, articles, interviews) and manage inquiries from the public, press, and media organizations.
• Developing PR strategies and campaigns based on Air Astra brand guideline.
• Dealing with the FOC request from different kind of media and government organizations. 
• Manage the Air Astra in-flight magazine Celestar and coordinate advertisement sales for the publication.
• Event activation for Air Astra all internal & external events. 
• Managing Air Astra frequent flyers program Orbit Partners. 
• Build relation with other brands and partners for possible collaboration. 
• Monitor media & competitors' PR activities. 
• Media Buying and analysis. 
• Execute the ERP in-case of any Airline Emergency. 

 
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years’ experience in related fields for Deputy Manager and more than 5 years’ experience in related fields for Manager.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills in English & Bangla

SKILLS:

Basic Computer skills, Excellent communication, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills, Strong leadership and team management skill, Team player.

SALARY: Negotiable.
