QUALIFICATION(S):

• MBA / Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Minimum CGPA: 3.00 out 4.00 in Graduation and GPA: 4.00 in H.S.C & S.S.C

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Ensure highest standard of services.
• Prepare periodical reports on prescribed format.
• Explore new prospective customers and cultivate existing customers as well.
• Meet customers queries with accurate product information.
• Making reservations and issuing tickets as per customers’ requirements.
• Ensure follow up call to get customers feedback to make them repeated clientele.
• Any other task assigned by the line manager or competent authority.

 
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Age 22 to 30 years.

• MUST have good command over advanced MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
