Executive, Revenue Management

The country's most preferred airline brand is hiring for the position of “Executive - Revenue Management" under the department of Marketing & Sales.

 

QUALIFICATION(S):

  • BBA in Accounting, Finance, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics will be preferred
  • MBA degree will be preferred
  • GPA 4.00 at least in SSC & HSC
  • CGPA 3.00 at least in Honors/BBA
  • Candidates having O Level/A Level will be given preference
  • At Least 1 years of experience in relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in Airline and group of Companies is preferred
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply


JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Support data-driven projects by collecting, processing, and analyzing information to assist in commercial and operational decisions.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of routes and markets, focusing on demand trends, competition, and capacity.
  • Assist in preparing plans and strategies in coordination with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to support pricing and capacity planning.
  • Maintain and optimize data systems for accurate reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Perform demand forecasting and generate sales projections to support overbooking, fare class allocation, and inventory control.
  • Monitor and control flight’s inventory properly and frequently.
  • Monitor flight inventory and contribute to seat optimization efforts to balance load factor and revenue performance.
  • Assist in financial evaluations for new routes, seasonal changes, and other revenue-related projects.
  • Facilitate collaboration between departments to ensure commercial and operational.
  • Prepare operational and commercial reports for review by higher management.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Planning, and Marketing teams to help plan and reschedule flights, considering factors like aircraft availability, approved slots, weather, and connectivity.
  • Analyze demand, hub connectivity, aircraft status, and other airline operations to support planning decisions.
  • Prepare other airlines schedules and flown load reports to evaluate passenger connectivity and potential growth.
  • Organize team rosters and provide support for continuous 24/7 flight monitoring operations.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have good command over advanced MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Honest, ethical, dependable & Positive go-getter attitude
  • Proactive & able to work under pressure
  • Communication and Strong interpersonal skills
  • Being Analytical & Data-Driven.
  • Multitasking & Adaptability Skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them accordingly with a high degree of focus.
  • General knowledge of aircraft performance.
  • Must have consent to perform roster duty.

 

SKILLS:

  • Basic Computer skills, Strong Convincing & Negotiation Skills, Strong leadership and team management skill, Team player.
